If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then you may find this workshop useful. In this beginner's level workshop, we’ll consider why reading cases and statutes (as opposed to solely casebooks or textbook summaries) is important. We’ll learn about how to read a case or statute, by considering its different elements and the importance of taking an active approach. You’ll go away with useful tips for your reading of cases and statutes.
