Curious about how to develop your academic English? Is this your first time encountering academic English in your studies? Please join these Q&A sessions if you have any questions about academic study and academic writing as a new student at Birkbeck. These sessions are especially for students whose first language is not English and who may have questions or concerns they would like to discuss with an academic English tutor. So please join me at any time between the start and end of the session and bring your questions, bring a friend, and you can put questions in the chat or ask me directly – whatever feel best for you. If you are looking for guidance or would like some recommendations of useful books or websites, feel free to ask. I look forward to seeing you there.
