Our “People Like Me” series is aimed at people from underrepresented and/or marginalised groups to give you an opportunity to hear from people with similar identities talking about their experiences of work and recruitment in different industries and share any tips and advice to students about navigating the job market.

This Racial Identity & Careers panel looks at how racial identity shapes opportunity, risk, and choice.  The panel talk candidly about navigating bias, code-switching and leveraging identity as strength.  This is a discussion about authenticity, ambition, and advancing in systems as they actually exist.
