LGBTQ+ Identity: This LGBTQ+ Identity & Careers panel explores how sexual orientation and gender identity can shape career decisions, workplace experiences, and progression. Panel members will speak openly about being out or not at work, navigating inclusive and non-inclusive cultures, and how identity can influence confidence, visibility, and professional relationships. This is a grounded conversation about authenticity, safety, and building a career on your own terms.

Nathan Genese - Head of Data Support Governance at the UK Home Office
Jessie Weavers – Operations Manager (Strategic and Education) at the University of Oxford
