Are you nervous about speaking up in class, are you fearful about what others will think of you? Are you lacking in confidence?
In this innovative workshop based on ancient wisdom, the philosophies of Classical Chinese medicine and the Upanishads are combined to help you build the confidence to speak up and contribute to seminars, lectures and group work.
In the workshop you will learn practical skills based on timeless philosophies which will help you view yourself and your confidence from a totally new perspective. From this new advantage point you guided to recognise innate strengths the position you can inhabit for powerful speech to flow from you.
In the workshop you will be required to take part in practical exercises in which you focus consciousness to bring about calmness and clarity.
