Join us at the Centre for the Study of Law and Humanities to celebrate, discuss State Violence and Legal Accountability: The Wait for Justice (2025) with the author Dr Ceylan Begum Yildiz ( University of Greenwich) and Professor Tarik Kochi (University of Sussex). State Violence and Legal Accountability ( illuminates how myths, spectral presences, and deeply embedded assumptions converge to expose less visible modes through which state violence is enacted and legal accountability is mobilised as a tool of power.
