If you’re thinking about starting your undergraduate studies at Birkbeck in October 2026 or 2027, we’d love to welcome you to our combined Undergraduate Open Day and Applicant Day.
Whether you’re exploring your options or have already applied or received an offer, this event is designed for you discover life as a future Birkbeck student.
Across the day you can:
- Attend academic subject talks
- Meet academic staff, current students and hear from alumni
- Learn about our student support services
- Take a campus and library tour
- Join additional sessions such as a Welcome Talk and Personal Statement Advice
Morning: Open Day for Prospective Students (Non offer holders)
If you’re considering applying and haven’t yet applied, the morning Open Day is the ideal place to start. Please arrive on campus at 10am.
You will be able to speak to academic staff members, attend subject sessions and speak directly to our Admissions, Student Advice and other student support teams.
You are welcome to enjoy complimentary catering on offer!
You are very welcome to stay for the afternoon and take part in the Applicant Day experiential subject sessions for a deeper insight into teaching and student life.
Afternoon: Applicant Day for Applicants and Offer Holders
If you have already applied or hold an offer from Birkbeck, please arrive on campus at 12:30pm.
You will be able to enjoy a complimentary networking lunch, tailored interactive subject sessions, campus tours and speak to our student support service teams for any questions you may have.
