An introduction to free and built-in software that can help with reading, writing, proofing and referencing. We’ll look at built-in tools in Windows and Apple devices that can allow you to hear text read aloud, dictate documents and quickly check your work for presentational errors. We’ll also look at free online resources like Sensus Access, which allows you to convert documents into different formats, including audio, and Turnitin Draft Coach, which can help with writing skills and referencing.
