Hosted by Birkbeck's Centre for Psychosocial Research, this informal social event brings together students and scholars from psychoanalytic programmes across several UK institutions — including Birkbeck, UCL, Tavistock, Essex, Edinburgh, and CFAR — for an evening of sharing, discussion, and connection.
Participants will introduce their home institutions and programmes, exchange perspectives on psychoanalytic research and training, and explore opportunities for collaboration. The event aims to build an open and supportive network for those studying or interested in psychoanalysis across disciplines and universities — a space to meet, talk, and imagine future initiatives together.
All students and researchers with an interest in psychoanalytic studies are warmly invited to join.
