Wondering how employers handle disability inclusion in practice? Join us for this round table discussion, where professionals from the public and private sectors will share how they support disabled candidates and employees - from application through to day-to-day working life.
You’ll hear how different organisations approach reasonable adjustments during recruitment, assessment centres, and in the workplace, and what practical steps they take to create inclusive environments. Speakers will also reflect on what they’ve learned, what works well, and what still needs to change.
This is also a fantastic opportunity to ask your own questions in a supportive environment. Whether you're curious about adjustments, disclosure, or inclusive culture, you’ll be able to hear directly from employers who are actively working to make their recruitment processes and workplaces more accessible.
This event will be particularly useful if you:
• Are disabled, neurodivergent, or have a long-term health condition and want to understand how employers can support you
• Are curious about how reasonable adjustments work in real-life recruitment and employment settings
• Want to hear directly from employers about building more inclusive workplaces
• Would value a chance to ask questions directly to employers in a relaxed, open forum

• Hear how employers across sectors handle requests for reasonable adjustments
• Learn what to expect (and what you can ask for) during application and assessment stages
• Gain insight into inclusive practices that support disabled employees at work
• Feel more confident talking to employers about your needs and asking questions that matter to you
