Venue: Birkbeck Main Building, Malet Street

Book your place

Funded by the Wellcome IFRC grant, this new reading group brings together early career researchers (PhD students, postdocs, and those in their first academic posts) interested in the co-production of knowledge in health research. Earlier meetings have focused on co-production as a research methodology and this month we seek to focus on the intersections with health studies. All ECRs with an interest in this area are welcome. Supervisors and line-managers are encouraged to share this with relevant colleagues. Join us as we continue building a cross-disciplinary ECR network at Birkbeck.

The readings for upcoming session (May 14, 2025) is:

Grindell, C., Coates, E., Croot, L., & O’Cathain, A. (2022). The use of co-production, co-design and co-creation to mobilise knowledge in the management of health conditions: a systematic review. BMC Health Services Research, 22(1), 877.
