The Birkbeck Centre for British Political Life will host a round-table discussion on the current war(s) in the Middle East – examining their causes, dynamics and possible resolutions. War has broken out across the Middle East, with an Israel-Iran conflict now sparking alongside the ongoing conflict in Palestine. A panel of Birkbeck experts will discuss and analyse what is happening, looking at the causes, consequences and possibility of peace, and seeking to understand the role of Washington, Beijing and Moscow, as well as other regional powers.
