We know that when you first start at University, all the new systems, processes and information can be overwhelming. This session is a chance for you to ask general practical questions about getting started at Birkbeck and in your studies, such as:
- Where’s my timetable?
- How do I access my modules?
- How do I access my Birkbeck student email?
- Where’s my reading list?
- Where do I find my grades?
- Who’s my personal tutor? (and what is a personal tutor, anyway??)
- How can I access online classes, events or workshops?
Just bring along all your burning questions, and we'll do our best to answer them (or point you in the direction of someone who can!).
