Study Skills: Procrastination, perfectionism and prioritisation
When:

Procrastination and perfectionism are the two key enemies of effective and efficient study. Prioritisation is one of the best friends of a successful student. This session will help you to reflect on the causes of your procrastination and perfectionism and provide suggestions on how to manage them (especially when studying from home). The other focus of this session is to identify the importance of prioritisation for your academic studies (and other areas of your life), and to provide a basic framework to help you develop your prioritisation skills.
This online workshop will take place on Microsoft Teams and you will be emailed the link after you have registered for the workshop. It is intended for enrolled Birkbeck students only, and you will require your student login details to access the workshop.
If you encounter any problems booking events through My Birkbeck, please book via the Birkbeck Events webpage.
All our workshops are repeated numerous times throughout the academic year. The resources and a recording of this workshop will be available in the Study skills resources section of the Birkbeck Study Skills Moodle module (student login required).
