During our Birkbeck Law School Open Day, we will provide you with an overview of our School, our courses and how they are structured, including insights into assessments and exams We will also introduce you to how our learning is provided flexibly through face-to-face and online modes and provide opportunities for questions and answers at the end.

'Climate destruction is now regularly addressed through legal cases brought in domestic and international courts. Many of these cases focus on 'human' flourishing and neglect the manner in which 'nature' has been treated as a mere backdrop to human actions. Changing this culture/nature divide is one of the most urgent concerns of our time. In our teaching and research we explore the question of what it means to do justice in a 'planetary' scale'.
