How informational Interviews can boost your career success!
This informal, candid, professional conversation could be the catalyst that gives you the career clarity and knowledge you need to help your career take off. Informational interviews can help you get insight that may not be widely available, and a 360 degree appreciation of a sector or job profile to help you make better career decisions, including what it takes to be successful in that role and industry.
Informational interviews are also a great way to research a potential employer or sector and boost your commercial awareness regarding an industry or organisation, how its structured, its culture, what people are talking about, what is topical and trending and impacting their bottom line and their customers.
This session will help you understand how to reach out and connect with people, how to prepare the questions that will really give you the insight you want, and how to follow up and keep those authentic connections within your chosen industry warm because Informational Interviews are a great way to build your professional network, and even find a Mentor.
