 In this taster workshop we will introduce The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) technique based on the research of Jon Kabat Zinn. The technique encourages students to experience in the moment presence, resulting in a natural reduction of stress and anxiety.

The introduction will be followed by further MBSR sessions later in the term.
