This event is for all staff in BEI who would like to understand more about both impact and knowledge exchange. The workshop will be led by Dr Jess Hindes (Impact Officer for BEI) and Dr Sarah Lee (Head of Research Strategy Support). Jess and Sarah will explain the fundamentals of both impact and knowledge exchange and will discuss what both ideas might look like across different research specialisms. They will outline the support available from the college for impact and knowledge exchange activities; will talk about ways to maximise the impact of your research, or to identify opportunities for knowledge exchange activity; and will also talk about how to record these activities in ways that are useful both for you and for the college. They will also provide links to further resources to consolidate what has been discussed in the session, and will make time for further questions from participants.
