Upskill: The Power of Technology and the Psychology Behind Users

Psychology is used as an instrument to influence and change the way we engage with services and products. Our behaviour patterns help to improve the experiences we have with everyday services. Without our blueprint, we would live in a world with a growing dissatisfaction for some of our most loved services and products.

Join us on the 17th March at 5:00 pm where we unpick the power of technology and the psychology behind users, understand how these two areas are used to build better products, explore how your data is shaping the world and learn how to create products for the future.

The session will be delivered on Collaborate and you can access the platform here:https://eu.bbcollab.com/guest/ff8fd041bc864222a2bb1a33001fc42c

Speaker:
