The SME Masterclass: Developing an Effective Marketing Strategy will cover the core principles that make up a sustainable and responsible marketing strategy. The course will provide tailored guidance with the position of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in mind, indicating where to prioritise resources and time to develop successful marketing plans.

You will gain a foundational understanding of the full process of developing your strategy, considering how to segment and target priority customers, ensuring you understand your niche and how to position this to stand out against competitors.

The course will cover key marketing concepts such as:

  • the nature of modern, sustainable and responsible marketing
  • the four Ps of marketing
  • segmentation, targeting and positioning
  • decision-making processes relevant to business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing and business-to-business (B2B) marketing
  • personal branding guidance for SME leaders.

The SME Masterclass: Developing an Effective Marketing Strategy is well suited to those who need additional support in developing a marketing strategy and effectively translating this to customers and stakeholders. The course will cover B2B and B2C marketing, ensuring it is relevant and appropriate for a range of SMEs.
