Learning objectives

By the end of this module, you will:

  • understand qualitative and quantitative methods
  • understand feminist and queer approaches to research
  • understand the various disciplinary approaches to the study of gender and sexuality
  • be more confident using search engines and databases for research
  • be able to assess peers’ research proposals and offer feedback
  • be able to propose a dissertation research subject.
