By the end of this final mathematics module, you will be well prepared to handle problems of trigonometry and calculus and should have gained confidence in interpreting the questions you meet into solvable mathematical equations. The module covers the differentiation and integration of trigonometric functions, as well as methods of integration by substitution and by parts. The relationship between a function and its inverse will include the inverse trigonometric functions and the relationship between the exponential and logarithmic functions. Polynomials and the factor theorem will also be introduced.
