Critical Approaches to Attachment

FIRST CLASS: Tuesday 23 April 2024, 6pm-9pm

To what extent do early relationships affect emotional development, well-being and our later attachments? We will use research findings to explore how people differ in their early attachment patterns, how far these set the scene for adult relationships, and how far early difficulties may be overcome by later, more positive experiences.

Assessment is via two pieces of coursework, around 1500 words each.
