A new article published in journal Government and Opposition on the supply and demand model of parliamentary selection.
Professor Joni Lovenduski has published a new article in the Cambridge journal Government and Opposition in which she revisits her supply and demand model of parliamentary selection.
The abstract states that the article is a "look back at the supply and demand model of selection and recruitment" as developed by Joni Lovenduski in her earlier book Political Recruitment: Gender, Race and Class in the British Parliament (1995), authored with Pippa Norris.
