Research degrees
The Department has a flourishing community of around 50 research students, and is committed to providing them with a first-rate and professional philosophical training.
Our academic staff are internationally recognised as experts in their respective fields, and they warmly welcome enquiries from international, EU and UK candidates who wish to study either full-time or part-time.
Applicants undecided which research degree to apply for, or uncertain of the match between their research proposal and our interests, should contact the Admissions Tutor for Research Students, Professor Susan James (e-mail s.james@bbk.ac.uk).
