Research interests

Received his PhD from MIT in 2011. (Here is his doctoral thesis
abstract.) Present research interests are in the philosophy of language
(reference, anaphora, context sensitivity, foundational semantics,
linguistic competence), the philosophy of mind (intentionality,
consciousness), and metaphysics (modality, ontology, meta-ontology).
Also has interests in early modern philosophy, especially early modern
theories of matter, space, and time.
