Our online enquiry form directs your query to the most appropriate member of staff and you will be able to track your query's progress and response on this system. We will respond within five working days.
If you prefer to email us, or you cannot find the appropriate category from the drop-down menu in the online enquiry form, you can also contact the faculty by email. We will aim to reply to your email within five working days.
Please do not send an online enquiry and an email for the same query as this will slow down our response times.

You can usually visit us in person; however, due to building work the admin team will not be on site regularly from 11 June until August 2026. If you do need to meet with a member of administrative staff, then please send us an email using the email links above and we can arrange an appointment to meet you in the main Birkbeck building on Malet Street.
