Odile Janne's research expertise and interests are in the fields of international business, geography and technological innovation, including:
- the geography of innovative activities
corporate technological change - multinational networks and role of subsidiaries
- regional innovation and development
- impact of multinational and industrial policy
- intellectual property rights and knowledge exchanges
Odile participates in the Strategy and International Business (SIB) Research Group and Centre for Innovation Management Research at Birkbeck. She is an affiliated member of the Centre for Institutional Performance (CIP) and the John H Dunning Centre for International Business at Henley Business School, at the University of Reading.
