About the nursery service
We aim to provide a pleasurable nursery experience for your child, so that you can feel confident about studying.
Environment
The nursery has a relaxed and informal atmosphere, because we know your child will have had a full day. There is one large play room with books, toys and space for painting and sand play. The children are free to undertake activities of their choice. Older children can bring homework or toys from home.
Meals
We can offer your child a snack during the evening (such as cheese, spaghetti, beans on toast, rice crackers, raisins and diluted apple juice to drink). You may bring in alternative food, especially if your child has special dietary needs, but we recommend that your child has a meal before being left at the nursery.
Outings
Weather permitting, we will take the children out to local parks, usually leaving about 6.15pm. (In case you are late, we will leave a message on the door to say where we can be found.)
