Team Leaders Development Workshops

Aims and Objectives            

This event will refresh and enhance your capabilities in performance management, engaging others and coaching, learnt on the previous Team Leaders' events. it will provide the opportunity to:

• Practice the "GROW" coaching approach;
• Develop the skills of active listening;
• Review motivating others and key performance management tools;
• Develop your capabilities in influencing others;
• Explore new techniques for handling difficult conversations.

The facilitator

The event will be led by Richard Tickner who has many years’ experience of running events at universities.

Booking

Team Leaders have been allocated to events.  There is some flexibility to change dates if Team Leaders have other commitments on these days.  Team Leaders needing to change dates should first speak with their manager and then contact the Learning and Development Administrator (details can be found on our contact us page).
