Library Enquiry Statistics 2016/17

The library offers a variety of ways for you to ask for help. The charts below show the type of questions asked, when they were asked and how we were contacted during the 2016/17 academic year.

Please note that in all the charts, the figures shown are under representations of the real numbers because at very busy times it is difficult to record every query. Data from our live chat and roving support is not included.

This first chart shows a count of the different types of enquiry we receive.
