Published three times a year by Springer, Law and Critique, the prime international law review on critical legal theory, was established over 20 years ago by members of the critical legal community. It is ranked among the top 20 per cent of law journals by the Australian Research Council.
Law and Critique invites the submission of articles in the areas of legal theory, legal history, critical legal studies, law and literature, law and psychoanalysis, feminist legal theory, critical race theory, postmodern jurisprudence, legal phenomenology, law and autopoiesis.
