Birkbeck Judicial Conversations

Judicial Conversations is a series of occasional events that brings together leading judicial figures, scholars and students.

The aim is to promote understanding of judicial practice, promote judicial scholarship and to generate a dialogue between the judiciary and scholars on a national and international basis. All events are open. As space is limited, booking is required for each event.

A connected initiative is the Law School's 'Visiting Judge' initiative. The post is currently held by the Honourable Justice Edwin Cameron who, since January 2009 has been a member of the Constitutional court of South Africa, and The Rt Hon Sir Terence Etherton.

For information about other judicial research being undertaken in the Law School see the Judicial Images Network website: http://judicialimages.org. You can also follow the Network on Twitter: @JudicialImages
