COMPLETED: SITS & related services unavailable - overnight 28/29 Oct

In preparation for the annual SITS upgrade that we are required to apply by the software vendors (in order to stay supported) this year we need to carry out some preparatory work on the server, which will requires periods of downtime, when the live SITS database and related functionality will be unavailable.

SITS client and online, My Birkbeck Profile, Be Birkbeck, Online Enrolment, Online Admissions, Applicant Portal, TRM GURU, Birkbeck Student Information Portal, Timetable Kiosks and Bizagi - will all be unavailable during this time.

Please note that a full day of service unavailability is required for the actual upgrade, which is currently expected to be 9th December.
