Scholarships in History and the Humanities
The Department of History, Classics and Archaeology is pleased to announce the creation of a scholarships fund, which will provide financial support to those on low-incomes who wish to pursue an undergraduate degree. The scholarships will run in parallel to the College's own financial support packages, and will provide an additional reduction in undergraduate fees.

Any BA degree in history, archaeology, classics or art history is eligible for this support.
For most students, a full government student loan would be available. Both full time and part time students would therefore have no up-front costs.
Applications to the department scholarships fund are made via the central Birkbeck financial support process.
