Coinciding with National Stress Awareness Day, this workshop aims to help students understand what stress and anxiety are, reflect on their own stress response, recognise triggers, and find strategies to manage better.

Elements of the course are interactive, so please be prepared to participate: asking questions, doing the exercises, making sense of how the information might apply to you. This is not a therapeutic group and you will not be expected to share anything too personal with others in the workshop.
