Helpdesk (Estates and Facilities)

The works request form is no longer in use.

Requests for Estates & Facilities Services should be placed via ASK, the college's query resolution system.

Note that if the jobs are chargeable you will be asked to supply a Business World sub project code.

In the event of an emergency call extension 555 or to report an urgent task such as a spillage call 2001. However please note that if the request is not deemed to be urgent you will be referred back to the ASK system.

Staff should also be aware that helpdesk requests cannot be logged without an ASK query - i.e. helpdesk issues cannot be placed over the phone or via email.

Whilst it is understood that some staff may find elements of this transition slightly challenging or disruptive it is a necessary one in order to deliver a more closely managed and transparent service. Therefore we thank you in advance for your cooperation with this matter and assistance in implementing this revised approach.
