Feedback: A Forum for two-way communication

Wednesday 21 March 2012
18:00 - 21:00

At the School of Business, Economics and Informatics, we take feedback on performance seriously.  We believe students have a clear developmental need for feedback on their performance.

Each student receives feedback on written assignments, and of course exam marks are feedback, too. However, we feel there are some generic pieces of information that each cohort of students can benefit from, as can Directors of Programmes. Following this, it is also the students' opportunity to give feedback on staff performance.  What worked well, what can be improved?  To what extent are concerns shared?  How can we jointly work at solutions?

This event is a joint-venture by the Departments of Management and Organizational Psychology, taking place on Wednesday 21st March 2012. Parallel sessions will run for students of each department:

Department of Management Students

Department of Organizational Psychology Students

A drinks reception for students and staff follows the feedback sessions.
