Bookings for this session are now closed.

This session is all about the impact of positive thinking and the change that you can experience from changing perspectives. Confidence roots you in who you really are.  You'll have a clear sense of knowing who you are and what is important to you letting your best self shine through.

We will be having a motivational guest speaker - shortly be confirmed -who will be sharing their own  personal story of overcoming challenges .

Why attend:

A lack of confidence does not equate with a lack of ability. It may just be a false set of beliefs that a person holds about themself. The more confident you become, the more you'll be able to calm that voice inside you that tells you 'I can't do it!' and take action in line with your values and strengths.

What we will cover :

Along with our inspiring speaker's personal story, we'll be sharing a series of self-reflective exercises and strategies aimed at boosting your confidence.

Key Takeaways: This session will help you remain positive and leave the session with a greater sense of self-awareness and some strategies to help you progress towards personally meaningful goals. Book your place now to develop this core skill that will impact your approach not only in the workplace but other areas as a whole!
