Booking travel

Key Travel is the main travel agent for the School and College.  Making travel arrangements through Key travel has a number of potential advantages:

• Can be used to book air fares, trains, accommodation, arrange visas
• Offer ‘academic’ air fares which are usually lower than commercial air fares.  Additionally, such fares
• Can allow ‘holdable’ tickets – so you may book a long way in advance and cancel / change the booking without incurring additional costs (booking as far in advance usually saves money)
• Allows extra baggage (for carrying books / papers)

To contact Key Travel you can call 0845 122 0106 or email gold@keytravel.com.  They will come back to you with quotations based on your needs. At the point at which you want to confirm a booking you can either a) identify yourself as working in the School of Arts and Key Travel will contact the Team Leaders to arrange payment or b) email your Team Leader directly who will liaise with Key Travel (you will need to let them know which account the money will come from).
