Events provided include one dedicated Fellows’ meeting per term involving discussion, presentations of work in progress, and refreshments. Fellows may also request membership of the Library, meetings with academic staff, and access to in-kind resources (subject to availability) as part of research and development towards projects.  Fellows’ contributions may include giving public talks about their work, organising workshops or events, participating in our mentoring scheme, or collaborating with academic staff in the School.

Fellowships will normally last one academic year.

Procedure:

Fellows will be chosen on the basis of the synergies between their work and the School’s research interests, and priorities. Applications will normally be discussed by the School’s Research Committee. In order to apply, please submit a 300 word statement indicating how you plan to contribute to the research environment of the School, and/or the most relevant research centre within the School (click here for a list), together with a CV. Applications will need to be supported by the relevant Head of Department.

Please address applications to Dawn Mitchell (dawn.mitchell@bbk.ac.uk), the secretary of the School of Arts’ Research Committee, by 15  April 2018 (for 2018-2019).
