In this pragmatic and interactive workshop, Jeanne Le Roux will introduce the participant to useful tools and models that can enable you to grow yourself as leader. The workshop will show how to understand underlying patterns in your team dynamics. It will provide a model of how to use the right style for the right situation
The outcome is that the participant will have greater awareness of how to build motivated and diverse teams, where each individual contribution can be recognised.
We are keen that the workshop draws upon your experiences in your working lives, so think about the following questions:
