Adaptive Cognitive Training using the dual n-back task

This training task consists of 10 sessions, each of which are intended to last for around 30 minutes.

You will log in to the training platform with your email address (this is optional, but inputting your email address can help you monitor your progress). The idea is to do one session of 30 minutes a day over a two week period so you can spread the sessions as you like across the weeks. If you feel like you want to pace yourself perhaps do three sessions a week, and take it from there. In previous studies including the one which has just been published: we have adhered to a rigorous training regime. But take it easy first and see how you go.
