The knowledge base is a library of 'how-to' documents and guides that will help you get to grips with core software and services provided by Birkbeck. 

You can read the documents online, or save or print them for future reference. Some require your ITS username and password to access.

Microsoft 365 applications and services

  • Online courses for Microsoft 365 applications and services are available in LinkedIn Learning. Login with your Birkbeck username and password. 
  • Links to Microsoft videos, help and learning for the following apps are available on the Microsoft 365 page

Click the link and log in with your Birkbeck username and password.
