Guest Speaker Daniel de Freitas is a Principal Psychologist and Head of Assessment at PeopleWise. Daniel is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with additional qualifications in coaching and business

 With significant experience across in-house HR and management consultancy roles, Daniel has led the strategic design and delivery of end-to-end strategic and operational talent management initiatives across the globe. His experience spans different industries.

 Daniel will speak to us on strategies to approach psychometric tests for selection or for development touching on:

 • Broadening your exposure and understanding around psychometric tests and assessments

• Different kinds of stress (good and bad) which may impact how we feel and perform in assessments

• The different types of psychometric assessments

 • The kinds of adjustments you can request

• Why your candidate experience is an important aspect of your job-hunting strategy,

• If you have a disability, it can be an insight into an employer’s commitment to disability inclusion.

 

This session will help you feel more comfortable participating in psychometric tests and assessments whether for selection or for personal development.

There will be a Q & A at the end.
