The Birkbeck Library is a key resource for postgraduate researchers. In order to introduce you to the library and how it can support you at each stage of your PhD you are invited to attend this session on Library Support for Researchers.
Attending this session will provide you with valuable preparation for your PhD research and the library resources available to you as doctoral students. You will have the opportunity to speak with colleagues from the library and to ask questions.
Aims and objectives
This session is aimed at postgraduate research students (MRes, MPhil, PhD) just starting or early on in the research process and will:
- Familiarise postgraduate research students with the library and how it can support you at each stage of the research process.
- Provide you with skills in search strategy/literature searching.
- Introduce you to Research Data Management (RDM).
