Excursion to Bath

This event is open to international students at Birkbeck, University of London only.
Built for pleasure and relaxation, beautiful Bath has been a wellbeing destination since Roman times. It was the home of the English novelist Jane Austen and is famous for its 18th century Regency architecture.
We'll travel together by train from London Paddington Railway Station.
Your ticket will be subsidised and you'll only pay £25, which is much less than the cheapest individual rail ticket on this date.
This event requires a minimum 10 bookings by 2 December 2021 to go ahead.
Day trip includes:
- Return group travel by train from London Paddington Railway Station to Bath Spa Railway Station
- Private tour guide
- You will have plenty of free time to explore the city during your visit
Important information:
- Departure Point: London Paddington Railway Station
- Meeting time: 8:15 am on Sunday 12 December 2021
- Tour finish time: approx. 5:30pm at Bath Spa Railway Station
- Please bring a face-covering unless you're exempt
- Do not attend if you have symptoms of Covid or if you've been in contact with anyone with symptoms
- Please arrive on time as we cannot wait for latecomers
- Booking is limited to one per student. Multiple/extra bookings will be voided.
- Tickets are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.
