The first episode of a five-part Zoom/live action drama serial about Essie, COVID-bound and confined to her flat, inspired by Alfred Hitchcock’s Rear Window (1954), Richard Nelson’s Incidental Moments of the Day (2020), and Simon Evans’ Staged (2020-21).

COVID-bound and confined to her flat, Essie spends her time looking out of her windows observing the neighbours. Her life is shaken up when she witnesses the increasingly violent interactions in the flat across the courtyard. As she reluctantly gets drawn in, it forces a reckoning with her own troubled and violent family history. The first episode of a five-part Zoom/live action drama serial inspired by Alfred Hitchcock’s Rear Window (1954), Richard Nelson’s Incidental Moments of the Day (2020), and Simon Evans’ Staged (2020-21). 
 
After completing her studies at Cambridge University, Bella studied screenwriting at UCLA while continuing to work as an actor. She has worked in theatre with the RSC, television as a BBC series regular, and film with notable directors.
