Attend two introduction workshops on the theory and practice of mindfulness. The workshops are based on the research of Jon Kabat Zinn and designed with the aim of encouraging students to experience in the moment presence, and as a result experience a natural reduction in stress and anxiety. Workshop 2 is a progression from workshop 1. You are encouraged to attend both workshops for full benefit.
