Established in 1962, Birkbeck's Department of Organizational Psychology was the first department of occupational psychology in the UK. We remain at the cutting edge of occupational psychology and organizational behaviour.
Our academics have considerable strengths in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies in a wide variety of organizational settings. They are actively engaged in their own research, so they understand how important your research is to you, and they will give you expert supervision and support.
